ALIGNED: Embodiment is designed for people who are ready to practice showing up differently in real time. Before you apply, it can help to understand how the space is held, what the work asks of you, and what this program is not.
What you can expect

This is a guided container where awareness becomes practice. You will be invited to observe patterns, interrupt old responses, apply new behaviors, and return with honesty about what happened.
What this is not
Not passive learning, performance, or pressure to be perfect.
This is not a place to collect more information without practice. It is also not about shaming yourself when patterns appear. Patterns are treated as places for awareness, choice, and repetition.
Group care
A respectful space for practice and shared learning.
The group container asks for honesty, respect, confidentiality, maturity, and care for the shared space. Participants are invited to engage with their own work without comparing or performing.
Scope of support
Embodiment coaching and practice, not clinical treatment.
This program supports behavioral awareness, emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, aligned action, and consistency. It does not replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency mental health care.
