Arrive and listen
We begin by checking in with your body, breath, energy, pain points, emotional state, and intention for the session.
Move with awareness
You are guided through postures, breath, and mindful movement that support strength, ease, mobility, and embodied presence.
Receive support
Gentle hands-on guidance, props, adjustments, or energetic presence may be used to help your body feel supported, safe, and held.
Soften and regulate
Restorative shapes, breathwork, stillness, and guided awareness help the nervous system settle and the body release tension.
Integrate
We close with grounding, reflection, and simple practices to help you carry the session’s support into your day.

A committed private healing yoga journey for long-term support, embodied restoration, pain care, nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and deeper self-connection.
Private Healing Yoga clients also receive complimentary access to the Wednesday 6:30–8:00pm Yin Yoga session and the Saturday 10:00–11:30am Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa Flow class, offering continued support for restoration, rhythm, strength, breath, and embodiment.
