This is not a workout. It’s a ceremony of return – held with care, precision, and presence. This is honoring the healing power of stillness, embodiment, and sacred attention.

These 90-minute, one-on-one sessions blend yoga, intuitive touch, breathwork, and stillness to create a deeply healing and restorative experience. Each session ends with a guided meditation to help you integrate, settle, and expand.

These are not typical yoga sessions. They are guided journeys into your body, breath, and inner healing.

Intro Session: $111

(first-time only)

Single Session: $144

 90 minutes of personalized, hands-on healing; one-on-one, fully custom, deeply held.

 

3-Session Foundation: $399

($133/session) – Establish rhythm & trust, build momentum, and start to feel the shift.

5-Session Series: $655

 ($131/session) – Support your body’s natural healing process as we take a deeper dive into realignment and restoration.

10-Session Journey: $1,200

($120/session) – For deep integration, long-term & lasting transformation, and continued support.

All private clients receive FREE access to our Saturday 10:00–11:30am EST group class.
