Tai chi is a practice that involves a series of simple, slow, gentle movements, stretches and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. Tai chi originated as an ancient China and had been practice all over the world. Over the years, it has become more focused on health promotion, stress management and rehabilitation.
Tai Chi relaxes and balances body, mind and spirit to become physically healthy, mentally strong and connected to your higher consiousness to be able to live in unison with your soul purpose/calling.
Tai Chi has been proven to help with the following health issues:
Parkinsons, Arthritus, Fybromalgia, Lymphatic, Immune, Endocrine and Nervous Systems Disbalances, Fatigue, IBS, Anxiety, Depression, Cancer, Ulcerative Colitus, Addictions, Bi-polar disorder, ADD, ADHD, back and other related pains, osteoparosis, and many other misalignements within physical, mental and spiritual aspects.
Tai Chi also helps to improve discipline, focus, motivation, passion and make you feel alive.
Tai Chi is simple to learn and there are no age restrictions, anyone can do it. We teach simple open western style Tai Chi oriented towards body/mind/soul connection and healing.
We highly recomend to join us for the yoga class prior to the Tai Chi class if you like to get the most benefits.
