Self-Discovery Therapy

Self-Discovery Therapy

A guided path back to your authentic Self.

Holistic, integrative support for emotional healing, self-awareness, embodied clarity, and the return to who you truly are.

Self-Discovery Therapy blends reflective conversation, emotional awareness, somatic practice, intuitive healing, spiritual inquiry, and integration support to help you understand what has shaped you - and reconnect with what is true.

A path of return

01

See what shaped you

Explore patterns, beliefs, wounds, conditioning, and inner stories with compassion.

02

Meet what is ready

Hold emotions, body signals, spiritual questions, and life transitions with presence.

03

Return to Self

Reconnect with your authentic Self, inner truth, and the life that wants to emerge.

Whole-person support

This path honors the mind, body, emotions, energy, spirit, and lived experience.

Is this for you?

You may be here because something within you is asking to be seen.

Self-Discovery Therapy is for those who feel called to understand themselves more deeply, heal what has been carried, and reconnect with the truth beneath old roles, patterns, and survival responses.

02

Old patterns

You keep repeating patterns you are ready to understand.

You notice emotional reactions, relationship dynamics, beliefs, avoidance, or self-protective responses that no longer feel aligned with who you are becoming.

03

Emotional weight

You are carrying emotions that need space.

Grief, anger, anxiety, sadness, confusion, shame, or tenderness may be asking for compassionate attention rather than being pushed away or managed alone.

04

Life transition

You are moving through a threshold or identity shift.

A relationship change, loss, awakening, career shift, family transition, or inner calling may be inviting you into a new relationship with yourself.

05

Deeper healing

You want support that honors the whole of you.

You may be seeking something deeper than advice — a space that can hold your mind, emotions, body, spirit, energy, history, and lived experience.

06

Readiness

You are ready to meet yourself with more honesty and compassion.

This work may be for you if something in you knows it is time to listen inward, heal differently, and begin living from a more truthful place.

What this work is

A holistic path of self-understanding, healing, and return.

Self-Discovery Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is about creating space to understand what shaped you, heal what is ready, and reconnect with the Self beneath the adaptations.

This work blends reflective conversation, emotional awareness, somatic listening, intuitive healing, mindfulness, spiritual inquiry, and integration support. Each session meets what is present - in your story, body, emotions, energy, relationships, and life.

Rather than separating the mind from the body or the emotional from the spiritual, Self-Discovery Therapy honors the whole of you. The work moves at the pace of your nervous system, your readiness, and your inner truth.

The work may include

Holistic talk therapy and reflective inquiry

Emotional awareness, processing, and integration

Somatic listening, breath, and nervous system support

Intuitive energy bodywork and energetic realignment

Mindfulness, guided meditation, and spiritual inquiry

Integration practices for daily life, relationships, and self-trust

Whole-person care

The path is personalized. Sessions may look different depending on what your body, emotions, spirit, and life are asking for.

How the work unfolds

A living process of awareness, healing, practice, and integration.

Self-Discovery Therapy does not follow a fixed script. Each session responds to what is present, while the larger path supports a deepening return to awareness, emotional truth, embodied clarity, and lived alignment.

01

Return inward

Begin by creating space to listen beneath the noise - to what your body, emotions, spirit, and inner life have been trying to reveal.

02

See what shaped you

Explore patterns, beliefs, wounds, conditioning, family imprints, emotional responses, and the stories that shaped how you learned to survive.

03

Heal what is ready

Meet emotions, memories, body sensations, energetic patterns, grief, tenderness, or protective parts with compassion and presence.

04

Practice new relationship with Self

Develop tools, rituals, embodiment practices, emotional awareness, and inner listening that support who you are becoming.

05

Integrate into life

Bring the work into relationships, choices, boundaries, purpose, spiritual practice, daily rhythms, and the way you live from Self.

The path is not about becoming someone else. It is about returning to the truth of who you are - with more compassion, clarity, and embodied trust.

What your journey includes

More than sessions. A supportive container for your becoming.

Self-Discovery Therapy is designed to support the work that happens inside the session and the integration that continues in your real life.

02

Between-session care

Support beyond the room

Depending on your package, you may receive check-ins, reflection prompts, integration guidance, and support for carrying the work into daily life.

03

Practice rhythm

Guided meditation and embodiment

The path may include guided meditations, yoga, movement, breath, or embodied practices that help your nervous system integrate what you are discovering.

04

Community connection

Private support spaces

Some paths may include access to private support spaces or group touchpoints for encouragement, reflection, reminders, and staying connected to the work.

05

Integration benefits

Priority and expanded support

Longer containers may include priority scheduling, event discounts, additional resources, and deeper continuity across your healing process.

Holding space for the return to Self.

A message from Fitz-Gérald

This work is deeply personal to me.

Self-Discovery Therapy was created from a deep belief that healing is not only about managing symptoms or becoming more functional. It is about returning to the truth of who you are beneath the stories, survival patterns, inherited beliefs, and roles you have had to carry.

In this work, I do not see you as broken. I see you as someone whose system has adapted, protected, survived, and carried what it needed to carry. Together, we create space to listen more deeply - to your body, your emotions, your inner wisdom, your spirit, and the life within you that is asking to be lived more honestly.

My role is to hold a grounded, compassionate, intuitive space where you can feel seen, supported, and gently invited back into relationship with yourself.

The container of care

A grounded, respectful space for honest self-discovery.

Self-Discovery Therapy is held with care, clarity, and respect for your pace. Before you begin, it can help to understand what this work offers, what it is not, and how the container is held.

02

What this is not

Not a quick fix, diagnosis, or promise of instant change.

This work is not about forcing breakthroughs or giving you a script for your life. It is a guided process of awareness, self-honesty, emotional clarity, and inner return.

03

Confidentiality and care

Your story is treated with respect.

The space is held with discretion, compassion, and care. You are invited to share at the pace that feels appropriate, without pressure to perform, explain, or rush.

04

Scope of support

A self-discovery and healing-oriented container.

This work may support emotional insight, identity exploration, relationship patterns, inner conflict, life transitions, and deeper self-understanding. It does not replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency mental health care.

05

Right fit

For those ready to meet themselves with sincerity.

This may be supportive if you are ready for honest reflection, emotional presence, inner inquiry, and a more conscious relationship with yourself and your life.

06

Not the right fit

Some needs require a different kind of care.

If you are in crisis, need urgent support, require clinical diagnosis, or are seeking intensive mental health treatment, a licensed medical or mental health provider may be more appropriate.

Before you begin

Questions you may be holding.

Self-Discovery Therapy is a deeply personal path. These answers are here to help you understand the structure, support, and next steps before choosing a package or reaching out.

02

How is this different from a single healing service?

Individual healing services are focused sessions for specific needs. Self-Discovery Therapy is a broader path that can weave conversation, body awareness, energy work, meditation, emotional integration, and ongoing support over time.

03

Can I begin with one session first?

Yes. The Initial Exploration Session is designed as an entry point. It gives you space to experience the work, receive support, and understand whether a longer path feels aligned.

04

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Longer Self-Discovery Therapy paths may offer payment plan options. The package section lists the current plan structure, and you can reach out with questions before committing.

05

Is this therapy, coaching, energy work, or spiritual support?

This work is integrative. Depending on what is present, sessions may include therapeutic conversation, intuitive healing, energy bodywork, somatic awareness, spiritual inquiry, embodiment, and integration.

06

What if I am interested in a retreat?

Private Self-Discovery Retreats are created by inquiry. They are custom immersive experiences for those who feel called to step away from daily life and enter a deeper healing container.

Begin where you are

You do not have to have yourself figured out before beginning.

You only need a willingness to listen inward and meet what is ready to be seen.
